We spin like autumn leaves!

On Thursday 29th October 2020, Afrocats were proud to organise an online creative movement session to get everyone's bodies moving during lockdown.

We created our own freeze-frames, and learned a dance using the theme of autumn to completed a short routine with Maya Marsh.

We collected leaves, spun around and played with them using levels, turns and poses.

The Latin-style music got us moving - click on the music to have a dance yourself.
