Volunteer call out!

Could you spare an hour and a half on a Monday to support our Table Talk project?

Every Monday we create space for women to join together for two hours to talk, dance, learn and have good conversation at our Table Talk group. Led by a volunteer and former Afrocats participant the women in our Table Top group have found their confidence has grown and their wellbeing has improved as a result of attending. ​

We are looking for volunteers to help support this important project. Working with women from the global majority you will help them with anything from understanding energy bills to using popular apps and how to find local events. The women would be particularly interested in learning:

• Tips to reduce energy bills

• Using Google Maps

• Using Eventbrite

• Ideas for low-cost meals

You would need to be available on Mondays from 11 am to 12.30 pm. We meet in central Manchester locations, travel expenses can be reimbursed.
