Black History Month

During October we can deliver interactive and engaging workshops that celebrate African and Caribbean culture through creativity, song and dance.

Black History Month is a busy time for us, so get in touch soon to see how we can work together.

We can deliver wellbeing sessions that aim to create a space for participants away from their worries, unwind and relax. We use a range of techniques including:

  • Yoga

  • Mindfullness

  • Relaxation
